- Managing Distributors and their Sales men.
- Assigning Targets to each Dealer and achieving Monthly basis.
- Creating the Brand pull by Sales Promotional Activities.
- Merchandising and displaying Nestle products to its maximum visibilities.
- Meeting the Dealers on a routine basis to understand the market needs and competitors activities.
- Controlling a team of pilot salesman, merchandisers, catering boys, sting boys and distributor sales person.
- Conducting in shops, demos, van marketing, cookery and exhibitions in the assigned area.
- Competitor product analysis, report generation and recommending
- Handling the Channel Sales or channel Management.
