Roles and Resposibilities :
Handling service request/complaints from the Clients.
Inform the concerned supervisor about the job.
Close the call once job completed.
Resolving the queries of the Client up to the mark.
Call management, Intranet Management & Ticketing and Call logging.
Handling all facility related departments.
Handling courier department (in coming and out going couriers) & maintaining registers for this couriers.
